ANNOUNCEMENTS:

Important reminders for athletic event attendance:
  • No backpacks

  • No bikes within school gates (e-bikes strongly discouraged for safety reasons)
  • No scooters, skateboards, balls etc.

Effective immediately, parents/guardians/supervising adults are responsible for the supervision of all minors (non high school students) brought to a Del Norte football game. To support this, the following process will be required at the time of entry:

  1. Supervision Form – Parents/guardians must complete a supervision form at a designated table outside the stadium gates.  OR, you may print the form HERE and bring the completed form with you to the game.

    • The form will include your name, phone number, a review of your photo identification, and the names of all minors you will be supervising for the duration of the game.
    • Each adult may supervise a maximum of 4 middle school/grade school aged students.
    • This form is not necessary for toddlers/small children that will be seated with their parent for the entirety of the event.

  1. Expectations – All minors are expected to meet the same standards of behavior as our high school student spectators;
    • Respectful behavior and language with all other attendees and staff.
    • No running, roughhousing, no games (throwing balls, etc), no climbing or jumping on/from structures.
    • Staying within the stadium section of campus only.
    • No bike riding / skateboarding on campus grounds or sidewalk areas.
  2. Accountability – If at any point a minor under your supervision is determined not to be meeting these expectations, you will be contacted immediately. The minor will be dismissed from the stadium and released to your care outside the gate at that time.
Our goal is to create a safe, respectful, and enjoyable experience for all attendees. We thank you for your partnership in supporting our community and reinforcing the values of sportsmanship and respect.   Thank you, and GO Nighthawks!
