Current DNHS Students

Unofficial and official transcripts can be requested from the registrar in the Administration building/Nighthawk Center.  Download the Transcripts form here. Turn in the completed form to the registrar's office.

 Transcripts for college applications or NCAA please follow these instructions:
Step 1: 

  • Log onto your Naviance account. (If you do not have a Naviance account please see Mrs.Reich in the Nighthawk Center.) 
  • Select the COLLEGES tab.
  • Click on the “colleges I’m applying to“ link under “my colleges."
  • Click on “+ add to this list," add each college/university.  Be sure to click on the “request transcript” box.
  • Scroll to the bottom of the page and click “Add Colleges.”

Step 2: 

  • Download and complete the Transcript Request form.
  • Next, turn in form to the records office.

It is your responsibility to complete BOTH part of the process above, or transcripts will not be sent.
 

Requesting Official Transcripts for Scholarships

  • Download and complete the Transcript Request form, which can be found on your Naviance home page, in the Document Library, under “Required College App Forms."
  • Next, turn in form to the records office.

Former Student/Graduate Transcripts

School Code: 054351


If you are a Del Norte graduate or former student, you must order both official and unofficial transcripts electronically through Parchment. Follow the instructions below:
  1. Click on the Order tab and find Del Norte High School.
  2. Create your Parchment account:   Click here 
  3. All information, including date of birth and year of graduation must be correct or transcripts will not link.
  4. Add your school to your Parchment account. (If you are not able to find Del Norte, please sign out and click on the Order tab to find Del Norte. Once you find our school, please sign into your account and proceed.)
    • Click the "Get Started" button.
    • Add your high school.
    • Complete waiver information.
    • Complete the Transcript Authorization Form by entering the Parchment Registration Code or electronically signing the form.
    • Receive confirmation that your school has been added and begin placing transcript request(s) by selecting the "Deliver" tab.
  5. Request delivery of your transcript to any destination worldwide.
    • Select the destination, such as Academic Destinations, the NCAA, the Common Application, yourself, or any other destination.
    • Review destinations.
    • Provide debit/credit card payment if there are fees associated with the request.
    • Receive a confirmation with the Tracking ID and next steps for your transcript request.
