2025 SEASON INFORMATION
Our 1st Day of the Season and Mandatory Practice is Monday, August 4th. Athletes must be able to run 30 minutes on their first day of practice to be on the team.
We expect all of our athletes to participate in the summer Speed/Strength andConditioning program.
Practice is Monday-Friday 4:00-6:00 PM.
We meet on the south (furthest away) section of the Home Side of the stadium.
Athletes should bring the following with them to practice everyday:
- Water bottle (30-40oz recommended). Athletes will also not be allowed to share water bottles at practice, so please make sure to bring enough water.
- Watch
- Light snack for after practice
- Yoga mat or towel (It will help when we stretch and do core on the track)
